Gentlemen all greetings to here
I have been given a target to meet all obstacles to come over. But I would like to share all these difficulties with you and these are (1) lingual disparity (2) Vocabulary (3) Pronunciation
The last one is very hard to perform. I , sometimes, do not know the voice or you may sound to raise; I am rather fearful to say it before audience. I start thinking that what would be the reaction of    people on hearing my ridiculous word, they might have a laughter. I am quite stunned and let not myself and try to avoid sounding it. But when I hear other fellows doing the same then I have some gusto, I gather some courage and keep it saying as I am the  best performer and keeping this view in mind that I shall improve.

A: Do you know speaking is an art
B: ya you speak right
A: we have wrong type of sounds
B: pro nun ci ation
A: pronounciation
B: Hey man ! it is pronunciation
A: yes, proonunshiation
B: say pro nun ci ation
A: ok, i am speaking the right word
B: ok I tell you pro nun si ae shun
 A:ok  pro nun si ae shun
B: yes, that's the spirit

 Vocabulary

 ere - err 
sake - sack
wag - wage
vain - vein
yoke - yolk
