How to be a good teacher

What to say of educational system in Pakistan is rather bogus story. Every Pakistani is in search of consolidated education. The type of education that must be safe for future concerns. Its demands must be knee-deep. Certification must be appreciated. Students who get technical diplomas are never satisfied after the attainment of diploma degree. They are often found saying that they have done wrong wasting their time for three years. Then, what should they do so to compensate it? Some of them say that now they are doing apprenticeship in some reputed companies or you may say industry. Whatever comes in their mind they have to do it for the safety of better future?
Since 1947, we have seen many governments came and left the ruler ship but we never had strong and secured policy by anyone of them, if it is any field and not education. Not only education was discarded but also dealt with harshness. No teacher training programs were planned and managed to get better results. If there had been anyone who started some good steps, he/she was put behind the bars. I myself know many people who revolted against this jammed education but all helpless were thrown to dust. What could they do when they were not listened and attended with carelessness?
Actually, here in Pakistan some dull minded set up is working on the same old string. Their consideration is to beat the old lines. It is because of that they are not interested in progressive literature. Yonus Qureshi, assistant to secretary Punjab Text Book Board, Pakistan, was not attended in his meetings but he was often ordered to do as it is. I have seen him working technically and he is a genius and natural interpreter of words and terms. Person like POAPSF- President of All Private Schools Federation is with such dominance and determination is polluting the system of education. I will not name him or her but he/she is real culprit. In actual if we inspect these people so to say they are frustrated men of disparate sort. These dismal insects have eaten a great part of society. They have come out of their dens to bite the system.
If we see their past they are from dungeons. They see that no one is there to ask a query what is being done by you?. Who are you? What is your policy? Furthermore, our people are afraid of their pomp and show and hypocrisy and fake respect. Such toxic tell lies and trap the parents at the spot. They extort a fund in the name of building welfare, furniture, security and many more. But in the return, nothing is granted either it is education or training except some English speaking sentences. All parents feel proud on it that their children are speaking English as language. But when this lot goes ahead and as I have mentioned earlier fail in the end.

If your head is M.A English or M.A Economics or he/she is possessed with some other degree what is the benefit you are passing to your kids. You are doing the same repeating the old folk-tales. Education and training of character are part and parcel. First you will change yourself and this lust of fame, power and wealth is not the part of good and positive teaching. This is not concerned that you have rented a building you should start at your home so you do not take long risks if you have not such capacity. A teacher is never seen rich. He imparts education and does not sell products. He knows how to sacrifice his time and life for others.
