Communication is both an individual human need and a social one. It is essential to the survival of human society and other material necessities. It is derived from the Latin word communis that means to share. Communication simply means conveying message from one place to another.it is an exchange of ideas, thoughts and senses between two or more people to define some goal. Communication is the reason for the existence of human life. This process continues day and night. Communication is very important in animal and human life. Whether this communication is through language, facial expressions, symbols, or gestures, it is an argument for survival. The development of wonderful communication has closed the distances, whether it is the transmission of knowledge and news or the promotion of thoughts and opinions. Its importance and usefulness and its need have been recognized in every era. Know that for the survival and development of human society, communication is as important and necessary as food and shelter. and social knowledge can be developed. A deal of knowledge is required to convey ideas to the masses. Language depicts society and its norms. Man has learnt and advanced in language. It has defined and clarified society and clans. Language expresses culture, life, civilization and history. We know about our past via language. It has many other tasks to do and describing life at large. It is always busy in painting life and different departments. Sometimes, it is about politics, economics, trade, and morality. We read our past history events through writing skills. Many writers have written marvelous pieces with exuberant skill. We owe to the masters of writing like C.E. Joad and Aldous Huxley. They are western writers. Likewise, in Asia, we see Allama Mohammad Iqbal, Altaf Hussain Hali, Mirza Ghalib, Allama Mashraqi and many more renowned writers of mastery. Mirza Ghalib, poet of Dehli-India, has written verses that none has ever written. Iqbal’s poetry in Persian and Urdu language is reflection of the Holy Quran. With the application of media, another way of communication, there are many advantages and disadvantages. Media is considered to play an important role in the formation and deterioration of government. Media is important in keeping people informed at every moment and has played the most important role. The most important problem of today's era is not the lack of information but the sea of immense information has made people suffer from intellectual problems. The biggest use of today's media is for brainstorming and specific purposes. It is known as propaganda. The spread of the media has made it difficult to distinguish between truth and falsehood, thought and mind are subjugated through debates and news programs. . In modern times, no manual work except writing on Microsoft word document is typed, saved and presented. Everyone wants to read the literature and this is written form. What is Journalism? It is another form of communication. The word journalism is derived from the scriptures which means book, magazine, volume or page of paper. It has been derived from the French word journal which means journal, ledger or diary. It also includes newspapers and magazines. Nowadays, it is also called press. Journalism means the communication of information, in which daily events are presented in the form of writing, sound and images. Ancient journalism refers to material published at regular intervals. There are things of common people's interest. It also refers to transmission correct and truthful information from one place to another. Importance and responsibility of communication in the field of journalism has increased very much. In the present age of information, the importance of communication is increasing even more. Now with the help of communication journalism is the fourth pillar of the country. Journalism plays an important role in shaping public opinion.
