Noor= N      Officer= O

N- How are you sir?

O- Um fine and what about you

N- Um also well

O- Did you complete the work of last session?

N- O ya, I forgot to tell you that I did it

O- Well, now here is another file, you first see it then you speak

N- May I leave Sir?

O- O ya of course

N- My pleasure Sir

O- Wait a bit Noor where are last minutes Ii mean the copy you know

N-  yes Sir I bring it(  after some seconds) here it is

O – ok make a report over them

N- right sir

کل میٹنگ تھی اور سارے بڑے بڑے لوگ آئے ہوئے تھے نور محمد بھی میٹنگ میں موجود تھا اور اُس نے بھی ساری کاروائی کو ہوتے ہوئے اپنی آنکھوں سے دیکھا۔

وہاں ایک ایجنڈا پاس کیا گیا کہ جس کے نکات یہ تھے کہونکہ لفظ ایجنڈا کا مطلب ہے وہ باتیں جو میٹنگ میں ڈسکس کی جاتی ہیں۔

1۔ پراجیکٹ کے بارے میں افسران کی رائے لی جائے۔

2۔ ایک بلڈنگ بنائی جائے گی جو بالکل نئی طرز کی ہوگی۔

3۔ اس کی تعمیر میں مکینیکل، سول ، الیکٹریکل اور الیکٹرائی اصولوں کو مد نظر رکھا جائے گا ۔

4۔ اس کاام کو سر انجام دینے میں مسٹر نور محمد مکینیکل انجینیئر کی خدمات کو بروئے کار لایا جائے گا وہ اس کام کے انچارج ہونگے۔ تمام سب انجینیئر اس کے تحت کام کریں گے اور صرف نور محمد کو ہی رپورٹ کریں گے اور نور محمد یہ  رپورٹ کمشن میں پیش کیا کریں گے۔

5۔ پراجیکٹ یکم ستمبر 2016 کو سروع کیا جائے گا۔

اس طرح کی بحث کو منٹس میٹنگ کہتے ہیں کہ جس میں ایک لائحہ عمل تیار کیا جاتا ہے۔ جو قابل عمل بھی ہو۔ 

Commission- Mr Noor you that you have been appointed for project of September, 2016 please write your joining report with immediate effect

Noor- right sir I do obey and come after while

اب نور صاحب اپنے کمرے میں بیٹھ کر جواننگ رپورٹ لکھ کر دیں گے۔ دیکھے وہ کیا لکھتے ہیں۔
